John Shomby
John has over 40 years radio programming experience in various markets: Birmingham, New Orleans, Portland, OR, Dallas, Norfolk/Virginia Beach, Nashville and more, and in every format from CHR to Classic Rock to Sports to Gospel to Country and more. He is now an independent radio programming/talent consultant working with on-air talent and Program Directors plus mentoring up and coming country music artists with his special “Radio 101” course and also serves as Talent Relations Consultant for the United Stations’ Radio Network “Backstage Country”,  the brand new 5-hour daily program that features the stars of Country Music as rotating hosts.  
He has served on the Board of Directors for the Country Radio Broadcasters since 2005 and has been its Vice President since 2019 and is a member of Nashville’s Leadership Music organization since 2010.

Dave Paulus
Dave Paulus is a broadcasting veteran with 35 years of GM and sales management experience.  Dave has worked for Saga, iHeart and Max Media radio groups as has a clear understanding on what makes companies strive to greatness, along with developing leaders and teams that are the envy of the marketplace.  
Dave currently operates Paulus Professional Consultancy, a business and leadership organization and currently has a working partnership with the Virginia Association of Broadcasters, among others.
