Awards Entry Form: Up to two Entries per station per category

Member stations may submit two entries per category at no charge. Non-members must pay a $50 submission fee per entry. If you need to pay, please click the link below and enter the proper number of entries before making your payment. You may pay by credit card.

Instructions:
NOTE: You must have Flash, Javascript, and Java enabled for your submission to be receieved!
1) File naming: You MUST name your file like this — STATIONCALLLETTERS_ENTRYTITLE_UNIQUEID (eg. WTOC_REFUGEREDONE_123)

  • The Unique id is at the bottom of the Entry Form.

2) File Specifications:
  • Maximum file size: 400mb
  • Allowed File extentions: *.mov, *.mp4, *.avi, *.wmv, *.mp3, *.aif, *.aiff, *.mpg
