Awards Entry Form: Up to two Entries per station per category

Instructions (NEW):
1) You Must submit the entry form before you upload anything!
2) File naming: You MUST name your file like this — STATIONCALLLETTERS_ENTRYTITLE_UNIQUEID (eg. WTOC_REFUGEREDONE_123)
3) The Unique id is at the bottom of the Entry Form.
4) If the upload fails try again with a smaller filesize, optimal filesize is less than 400mb.
5) This is absolutely necessary that you follow these instructions or your submission will not be received!

(testing paytrace…) Member stations may submit two entries per category at no charge. Non-members must pay a $50 submission fee per entry.  If you need to pay, please click the link below and enter the proper number of entries before making your payment.  You may pay by credit card.
