KXDS Moves from Classical to Mainstream

Dixie State College’s KXDS has made a major format flip this month when it switched from classical to Top 40. One of the main reasons for the change was to increase student interest and involvement. Radio Director Shawn Denevan said in a Dixie Sun article that “An outlet like this needs to be utilized by the students. It was time for changes to be made for what the students want.”
